• Gina was warm and welcoming from the second we arrived. This was my first experience with an infrared sauna and she thoroughly explained its benefits as well as how it worked on the body. The atmosphere is clean and cozy. This will be a frequent stop in my health and fitness routine. I highly recommend trying it out if you haven't!
