• As always my experience was wonderful! Walked in feeling tense & stressed from everyday life, asked for the intense blue & violet colors to be added to my 30 min session and "sauna away"! 30 minutes of quiet meditative music (my fav), closed eyes, breathing easy & gentle and toxins releasing through sweat...I came out feeling much lighter, relaxed and peaceful. The studio is very clean & comfortable, staff is very knowledgeable, answering any questions you might have and are happy to assist in making the experience the best possible for you. Highly recommend Saunacuse for a great experience with reasonable prices!
