• It was as good an experience as it could be. Your prices are reasonable, your place is very clean, the equipment is new and appears to be well-maintained, Laura was very friendly and explained things very well, and the building itself is very clean. Plus I felt quite relaxed when I left! Two suggestions since you care about feedback: Some cleaning supplies were left out at the end of the small hallway going from the waiting area towards the saunas. It could be just because it was almost closing time and clean up was underway, but you may want to keep those out of sight. Speaking of keeping things out of sight, you may want to put your shoe rack inside the office somewhere if that's possible. (I think they're in the hallway due to space and cleanliness concerns.). It felt a little odd leaving my $150 sneakers in the hallway where someone could walk in off the street and grab them. ☺️
