• I arrived 25 mins early and the room that I reserved was still in use, so they prepped another room quickly so I wouldn't have to wait.

• Love the facility but unfortunately the lady working at the desk was not the most friendly. She was borderline rude. I still give a 10 because I know he rudeness has nothing to do with the business but thought I would point this out.
