• I find that the sauna helps ease the pain of my arthritis, fibromyalgia and stress-related muscle tension. Went to my 30 min session yesterday in a lot of pain & very tight muscles. Within maybe 10 minutes I felt the tension and pain ease away. It also helps ease my sinus pressure! The studio is very relaxing, calm & clean and staff are wonderful❣️
