LivBay Lash - Summerlin

UPDATE- Jade (the manager) has reached out to me to rectify the situation and I am so happy about it. The level of customer service here at the management level is top tier. They'll have my business for a long time.

It is a hit or miss how long your lashes last. All of their lash girls DO NOT have the same skill levels and there's no point in reading their bios to make a decision, nobody is going to say they're fresh, or just starting out.
The concept is amazing. But at the price of $115 for lash fills, I do not expect to have them falling off that night, the next day, or at all that week to be honest. Especially when you're sold on the fact that "wispy last longer".

I got my lashes filled Sunday, by a girl that wasn't my regular, and wanted to keep commenting on how sparse my lashes were, took forever to get started, was struggling while she was doing my lashes. I was 9 minutes late but the lash appointment was an hour and a half. Which should've still been plenty time. My normal wispy fill appointment is an hour.
Presumably because my normal tech is more skilled or experienced.

I just want my lashes done properly. That's all I care about coming there. My normal lash girl that I've had at this location was super late the first time she did my lashes and I still tipped her and she has done the best job every single time. No weird comments, no distractions, actually taking the entire time to do my lashes. Carmen is the best experience over there for me. I'm sure there are others. Maybe lean closer to the girls who have an hour listed for the full time instead of an hour and a half. More time does not mean better quality at all.

Had my lashes done here. I have had Lash perms for several years now. Regular client. I know the process and how long it should take ..... as well as what the result should be.

I came in didn't request anyone in particular. So I meet my lash artist, go back to do the service.

Usually it takes about 50 minutes give or take.
The artist does the service in about 25/30 minutes.

When done hands me a mirror, my lashes look the same. Not curled, there's no perm. I can tell you that much.

The fact the artist was confident with the service she gave is a problem. When I got the text or email to leave a review I did so. Stating the service was not up
To par. No one reached out. I wouldn't recommend getting a lash perm here at all.

I get a mixed lash extension appt with Ana. She is a freakin amazing lash tech. I get a doll eye style with a little extra flair. I can't say enough good things about Ana. I'm always a mess and rushing but she is stellar at creating a very relaxed and welcoming energy. The whole shop is pretty cute and I do like the lash products they sell there as well.

I made a last minute lash removal and they were able to fit me in without a problem. Ashley removed my lashes and she was amazing, told me what she was doing. They do play good music and the chairs are very comfy.
I have yet to get a lash lift or extensions from here, but after speaking to Ashley about lash lifts and extensions (I went to another place who did a horrible job at lash extensions), she seems really knowledgeable.

I got a mega set done here and absolutely loved how they came out! As soon i walked in i was greeted and and the receptionist was so sweet! it smelled so good and i was super relaxed during my service! My lash tech was so nice and made sure to ask me if i liked them before leaving the chair!

I really enjoyed my services at LivBay in Summerlin. The first time I went- I wasn't too happy with my lash set but it grew on me. I chose a different artist my second time around and I was so so happy I gave it a second chance. My retention has been incredible and I have no doubt that it's the products they use. The music is great, you can hear conversations in nearby rooms but you have the opportunity to take a little comfy nap. I give 4 stars because I wish their prices weren't so high but I understand why they do this. I do recommend LivBay for lash extensions. They have so much availability and their hours cater to any lifestyle!

I previously wrote a review about my experience with LivBay and wanted to update. The next day the manager, LeAnn called me and sincerely apologized for the experience I had. She then asked if I would come back in for a removal and she referred me to a different lash tech, Tayler to help me achieve the lashes I originally wanted all free of charge. LeAnn was very understanding and understood my frustration with paying a large amount of money and not getting what I wanted.

At the end, I did end up getting the lashes I wanted as best as the lash tech could get them. I'm very pleased with them and I definitely would recommend booking with Tayler if you come to LivBay Lash at Boca Park

As an update, Shauna G. The Business Owner never once reached out. Neither has any of the other staff or employee members on behalf of her. Extremely poor management and service here. I also never received a refund from the company. Don't worry though, I do in fact still receive promotional offers from them.

Truly disappointing experience all around.

Olivia is the best! She is professional and is a master at lashes. I highly recommend asking for her..

Went there for a lash lift. Left there seeing no difference except for the color of the lash being darker, but there was zero curl to the lash. I called later the same day informing them of my dissatisfaction and was told it doesn't work for everyone. They offered me $15 off my next service. I told them I tipped more than 'that' for this service. Also, during my treatment there was an annoying sound coming from the front...it sounded like a toddler pushing a corn popper toy. When I mentioned that I thought it was suppose to be like a spa type of experience in which I was able to close my eyes and relax...I was told "no" that is not correct. The sound I was hearing was the counting of coins. The manager, Jade gave no apology for the issue and stated that my appointment took place during shift change and the girl in the front had to count the money in the register.

Previously went to 'Eye Tactics Lash Lift Studio.' Left there looking beautiful! Outside is not as nice as Boca Park shopping center, but inside is more beautiful than LivBay Lash. And this salon does have the spa type experience that allows you to fall asleep during the treatment.
