Livbay Lash -Centennial Hills

I love LivBay, everyone is always so welcoming! I get so many compliments on how natural my eyelashes look, Jenna's my girl! I've been seeing her for almost two years because she takes care of her clients and she is fantastic at her job!

I really enjoy Emery, he is a great artist, however the company itself is not good. I wasn't feeling well the morning of my appt so instead of going I called to reschedule. They stated they had to charge a $50 fee even though I didn't feel good. So they wouldn't let me go to the appt to avoid the $50 fee, and charged me $50. This was my 3rd appt with them, I could have been a long time customer. I usually don't ever miss any appts but I just really don't feel good. I'm really disappointed they didn't allow grace. You guys lost a great customer.

Edit: This company really made up for the issue. A manager contacted me and they comped my next appt. I'm very satisfied with the way the owner handled this situation. I plan to continue seeing Emory! He really does great work and the company made up for it. I definitely recommend this company. Go see Emory, he is amazing!

love this location! I've gone several times with different lash artist and they are all so amazing and so talented! i always leave super happy with my lashes and the retention is the best!

I've been coming here for over 2 years and refuse to go anywhere else. Jenna is the best, she is my absolute favorite. Very good quality lashes and glue. Super friendly and responsive staff. I love it here !

I have very fine and sparse lashes. I knew going in I just wanted a classic set to give me a very natural look.

Space was clean and comfortable, glue was not overly irritating (i'd course be wary if you have allergies or are sensitive).

Now, I don't have too much to work with, so she finished my appointment quicker than the time of 2hr15min, which I'm okay with! hahaha

I've done classic, mixed & now volume lashes with Rio and i've loved my lashes every single time!! The front desk girls are always nice 2 :))

Livbay was able to help me remove my lashes that were done incorrectly at a different salon. I called and they were able to get me an appointment immediately. Alyssa was very friendly over the phone and at the front desk! Ashley did a great job removing the full set that was applied just an hour prior!

I would not recommend this business to anyone! Poor isolation and placement of the lashes, no hand hygiene prior to placement of the eyelashes, using strong fumes glue that irritates the eyes.....Don't waste your time and money going to this unprofessional facility!

After I moved back to town I needed another lash place, I've been coming here for the past 4 months & have enjoyed every visit! Everyone has been so kind and welcoming. I've been going to Lizzy consisting and she sets you up gooooood she's super flexible with her schedule if you need to move your time around. I was late to one of my fills & she still managed to fit me in AND recommended a co-worker that can top off my lashes when she was off. The ambience is great, they're always playing music and the blanket + recliner combo is perfect for the quick nap. 10/10 recommend!

Robin does an amazing job.
Asks all the right questions on how you would like your lashes.
Overall amazing experience every time.
