• I'm all about customer service. When I walked in, the welcome and friendliness from the receptionist set the tone. I didn't have a chance to sit down, and my waxer was saying, "Hello and follow me." Once in the room, she must have heard the paper on the table because she was back inside and ready to get started. The conversation did feel forced, and she was done in no time. At the end, she asked me how it felt and if she needed to wax a spot. She was confident in her work. The area that usually needs to be retouched was baby bottom clean. I've had plenty of quick clean waxes, but I feel this was the best. Quick and clean. Thank you, Sassafras, for being mindful of my time.
