• I don't like that established customers who have never been a no show have to payahead of time as a deposit. A customer who comes consistently for almost two years should be trusted to either show or call the day before if needing to cancel or reschedule. I've been waxing for 7 years and sassafras is the only salon I know of that charges an advanced deposit. Thank you
