Excellent reception. Excellent communication from my esthetician, particularly important for a first visit and the first time doing that type of treatment. Excellent communication throughout the treatment, which may not have been the first choice given my sensitive reactive skin. And finally, superb results...skin looked great by the time I got home and looked even better this morning
