1) because every time I call with a question or to change my appt, the staff I've spoken to is kind, understanding, and helpful 2) the products used in my treatments are excellent and they're available for purchase. I've also been either recommended products or suggested products for a later time, but never been pushed to purchase - which is a turnoff at other places 3) the services that I receive are the best - the equipment used is the most current and only used when I need the service. Also, the techniques used in my facials - the face massage! - is my favorite. I actually feel like I'm getting taken cared of - versus other places I feel like they just applied a cleanser, spread it all over my face, and then just wiped my face clean and that's it (seriously that did happen when I went on vacation) 4) I feel like everyone who has given me the treatment has also cared about how to take care of my skin going forward for my best life😀
