Relaxed atmosphere, top quality services provided by extremely well trained aestheticians, a personalized, consultative/collaborative treatment approach, and a non-judgmental, respectful and inclusive experience. As someone who's a larger body, I've never felt uncomfortable disrespected in the boutique or during a treatment. As someone who is only able to make an appointment four times a year, I'm never made to feel guilty for not being able to do more. I also appreciate not being pressured to purchase an entire set of products Post treatment, and the sensitivity to clients' situation. This is what industry-leading, work class skincare should be. I'd give 100 stars if I could.
