Liked the atmosphere - warm, charming and sophisticated. Staff were very nice. Esthetician was very sweet and wanted to please. Reason I didn't give it a 10 Music was odd - not super relaxing and my person was junior so she was not as seasoned as I would have preferred. But, I did like her and she was very nice.
