On time, lovely environment (complete with heated table, mellow music & good smell (but not overpowering)). Explained everything, including specifics related to my skin. Included neck and décolletage. Did not push product but gave customized options available. Did not rush which enabled me to completely relax. Patient with all of my questions. Billing was consistent with my expectations (no surprises). Overall good experience.
