• I have been going to Santa Cruz Core for the past few years. Initially for PT and training as well as visits to the best chiropractor in town. Now I go in about once a month for massage therapy. The staff is so friendly and patient and I love the reminders I receive - whether it is via text, email, or a friendly reminder on my cell phone. They have expanded to the studio next door and modernized the interior. I highly recommend Santa Cruz Core and Fitness. It helped me with self-care and listening to my body.
