• The personal attention by competent, trained staff can't be beat. I really enjoy my time with Jade. She really thinks about what I am capable of doing; how I can extend myself to do more, safely, and be successful. She constantly shares information on what muscles are being worked in a particular exercise - I feel I am learning a lot about my body, that carries over into the rest of the day.
