Our studio is spacious & inviting - our community is inclusive & supportive. You'll feel at home as soon as you walk in. Our classes are challenging, but rewarding & even transformational & led by our exceptional teachers.

All of our classes link movement & breathe, creating a space in which you can be present & experience your strength & power. This is a practice that challenges you on all levels, but does offer you the opportunity to experience the stillness, peace & ease that so many now crave.
