• Shannon was excellent at explaining my first facial and accommodating me when your robes didn't fit without making me feel awkward. Products and service was amazing! Best spa experience to date. I asked for recommendations for facial products but didn't feel overwhelmed with choices or too much to buy. Definitely have already told everyone how extraordinary this was and let them know we'd have to come back together. Thank you!

• Love the sauna, how attentive everyone is as soon as I walk in the door, love how there are never too many people there, I would rather wait a little longer for a appointment than go and it be packed with lots of other people, liked the job my massage therapist did. Already have another appointment scheduled
