• Emily was excellent. Only issue was the receptionist said I didn't need a validation on Sunday (which I did). So luckily I had my husband's credit card because I didn't have $5 to get out!

• I was greeted with great service. The atmosphere was relaxing which complimented the amazing message. Not at any time did I feel uncomfortable or uneasy. The entire process from entering until leaving was pure bliss! How could anyone rate lower than a perfect 10!
