• I brought in my mother in law who is visiting from Iraq, for a facial. I was a bit worried about how it would go because her English is not great and she did not want to take off her headscarf until she was in the treatment room. Her facialist was wonderful with her and very sensitive with her customs and lack of English. She had a wonderful time. I really appreciated that.

• Excellent customer svc. Top notch experience from the relaxation room to the massage w Luke. He was very pleasant & asked questions about which scent & level of pressure & pain points. Excellent massage -- will definitely book w Luke again. Anne did a great job w the facial - very relaxing. Bed/table needs heater fixed .... it is too cold w/o it.
