• Even though my facial was only 60 minutes she made great use of the time. I always get 90, but did not leave disappointed

• The massage therapist Kristen was excellent and went above and beyond. She made me feel very taken care of (and it was my birthday so that was so nice!) I scored a 9 instead of 10 because I was given two left feet spa sandals (which Kristen corrected for me) and after my massage I was trying to find a particular product and the person at the front desk did nothing to help me find the product I wanted. So I left. However, that same person was very kind when I spoke to her on the phone to set the appointment and she was friendly and greeted me when I arrived. So mostly everything was great, just a couple of things that fell short of awesome.
