Where do I start....the professional peppy energetic creative Positive helpful inspiring Positive helpful & encouraging instructors, The gym is inmaculate, the equipment is new the atmosphere is up beat, the group of ladies are all so welcoming and encouraging. It is truly a healthy mind & body atmosphere & experience.
