Allison is an amazing coach! Very interactive and supportive. I could tell she was making a conscious effort to spend time going through the movements near me as it was my first time with the class. I would love to take more classes with her.

Erin was so amazing both times I went. It was one of my first work outs after pregnancy and she just took all my anxiety away. Class flew by and I really appreciated seeing her demonstrate all the movements. Definitely helped a lot. My core has never hurt so good
