The class is up beat, challenging & fun. I felt exhausted but worked & stretched out afterwards. The heat is amazing and so is the instructor Nubia 🫶. This is a class I look forward to.

Lauren was an excellent instructor! She was very welcoming and helpful right when I got there. I was excited to take class but also a little nervous because I don't always do well with extreme heat and exercise together but her simple and clear instruction and playlist was motivating to continue to work at a challenging but doable pace and get a great workout/sweat!
