Great class and great teacher. Good atmosphere, challenging workout, clean space and uniqueness of the workout with infrared. Was very hot though overally hot but apparently it's because of the time in the afternoon. Will recommend for sure

I loved Betsy’s class! The infrared lights felt really good on my back/muscles. I was nervous to go because of my back problems but Betsy gave me modifications and made sure I was comfortable throughout the class. I will definitely be going back! Plus the music was amazing!
