• Little Italy is such a great location, the staff are all amazing and truly kind and the classes are by far the best workout of any gym I've tried in the 4 years I've lived in San Diego. Nothing makes you sweat like a SALT class !

• The staff was very kind for it being my first time and I never knew you could get a work out like that. Loved the coach. The music. The concept. The workout was perfect and I could limit myself if needed. And it was in downtown San Diego!!!!!!!
