I feel super encouraged by the instructors, especially Nicole Roerick who I've been seeing consistently for a few months now. She has taught me about mobility and my spine and has helped me grow longer and stronger. Her verbal cues are so helpful and she really pays attention to everyone in the room. Also the space is wonderful! Great music, great energy, and the best sweaty experiences 💦🙌🏽
