The infrared heat was nice and gentle, as opposed to hot yoga for example; where you feel very suffocated and humid in the heat. The instructor was so friendly and I really enjoyed the welcoming space and the hard workout!

Both the employee who greeted me and the instructor were warm, efficient, and helpful. There was a general warmth to the vibe of the studio without being overly familiar or fake which can be common in some studios which I really appreciate. Great intro back to Pilates after over a decade and lots of health challenges. Wonderful instruction during the class and I worked hard at my own level. Modifications and notes on form were part of the class instruction so I never felt singled out. I always felt I got the unique instruction and encouragement to push myself and adjust as needed. Class reservations, parking, and settling into the studio to chat with a friend before class were all easy and comfortable.
