I just completed my first two classes with the promotion for $28 to see what Pilates is all about. It was my first time doing anything like this, and I completely fell in love with it. The instructors I was with, Chelsea (zest) and Bella (savor), were very helpful in explaining how everything worked and made me feel super comfortable as a newbie. I really appreciate how both instructors give out compliments when someone is doing really well and also helpful tips when someone needs to adjust posture, it definitely brings up the motivation. I was really nervous on my first day but now after completing both classes I feel comfortable and confident enough that I subscribed to the 10 class pass. I’m looking forward to my future classes at Salt!
