• experience was great and just what i needed. the facilities were immaculate and the assistants really helpful and there was lots of experience about what to do. this is the only time i have ever had all tension in my shoulders gone and that is worth a high score. i do feel totally wiped out today though- not sure if that can happen or perhaps i am just under the weather anyway
