• I arrived 5 minutes late and I was told to arrive 10 minutes early so I could complete first time registration. Since I was late the lady at the front kindly got me into my sauna straight away as to not eat into my session time and said we would do the paperwork afterwards. I thought she was very kind as she wanted me to get the most time from my first session and experience and later do the registration. Also the other lady served me with some bathtub salts and my mother with a Hymalyan light bulb replacement. A wonderful first time experience. Would love to see showers introduced. Will be back again
