• Very lovely staff. When I realised that I could not have my booked sauna because I am breastfeeding the staff were so accommodating and made it so easy to swap treatments!

• Service from staff is great and comforting, they are very knowledgeable and great at explaining the services. the actual experience is unlike any other place, and little touches like natural products in the shower or water bottle for the sauna make it a very personalised experience.
