• I think it's a nice place to go and relax and use the facilities. I don't have a lot of spare time but I try and go if possible. Not too expensive.

• Would be good to advise people to have eaten some hours before & not have anything heavy. I ate just before I came in (ate quickly cos I was rushing - never again) & during the sauna I started feeling unwell. Got bloated (never happens to me). Loved the flair tank but felt unwell throughout. All because I ate just before - the food was fairly heavy as well. I learned the hard way. Despite that it was a great experience. Totally adored the salt room. Could have stayed there for hours. ❤️⭐️

• The team are incredibly welcoming, the float therapy is honestly one of the best things I've ever done and I leave my session always feeling so much better. Can't recommend it highly enough. 🙌🏻

• A beautiful and tranquil place to visit. Service was amazing. Amy at the front desk explained how everything works, Rumi's massage was the best massage I've ever had. Tina, the owner was comforting and friendly. The treatments were all great. A wonderful place to visit, unwind, relax and de - stress.
