• I can't recommend Saltuary at Five Dock highly enough. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt genuinely welcomed. There was such a peaceful, calming energy that it honestly felt like the worries I'd walked in with just melted away. The team were incredibly kind and professional. Everything was explained so clearly, which immediately put me at ease, and at no point did I feel rushed or pressured. I also loved that I wasn't expected to leave straight after my session—I could take my time, relax, and really enjoy the experience. The infrared session was definitely the highlight for me. I felt amazing afterwards and the benefits stayed with me for days. I left feeling lighter & calmer. If I had to describe my experience in one word, it would be blissful. It's a beautiful space with wonderful people who genuinely care about creating a relaxing and restorative experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking to slow down, reset, and do something truly nourishing for themselves. Thank you 🙏💜

• The staff were welcoming. Had a refreshing tea while waiting, enjoying the ambiance. Facial was wonderful and exactly the right length for me. 30 minutes; enough time to feel pampered.
