  • I came for Infrared. Great customer services at reception. Lovely waiting space with handouts/flyers to provide me more information on products and services. A lovely welcome and briefing upon being shown to my room. Appreciated the personal touch and commitment to my wellbeing through the water supplied, green shot, toweling and plenty of signage to address any concerns that might come up. Overall great experience to walk in and walk out without being cornered for upselling or lock-in contracts. Will absolutely be back and promoting to friends and family.
