• The staff at Wentworth Point have been excellent on both my visits. They were caring, took the time to explain how float room/infrared room works + caringly dealt with my anxieties etc Allowed me plenty of recoup time after with setting me up with water, cup of tea and such Meanwhile, they were also accommodating other clients, plus doing the change over/cleaning & setting up the rooms for next appts...all without giving a "rush-rush/panic" vibe I felt welcome and welcomed & I totally appreciate that For me, they created a "whole package" experience at WP.. offered refreshment after in the quiet area etc ...sadly, this did not happen at my Five Dock experience...in fact, I had to ask for some water after, and the intake person brushed me off when I asked for some info about the infrared as it was my first time/told me to wait until my actual booking time - (i had come in at the requested 10mins early as per the email, btw)...so very different from my first experience at WP, so I decided to keep returning to WP I get that the staff get busy/ juggling multiple tasks etc, but I truly felt like a hindrance at FD that session, whereas WP staff have been more warm and welcoming, so far.
