• Only thing stopping from making it a 10 was the experience coming into the shop wasn't smooth... the sign up experience could have been explained prior to arrival and the iPad forms were asking too much private information and no clear explanation of why we needed a username and password....and then filling out same details on paper board for massage was a double up again.... plus huge privacy concerns because your name and DOB and phone was left on unsecured ....paper form
