• I hadn't been there before & I worked out towards the end of my time in the salt room how the chair worked. Also when I finished in the sauna I waited quite a while to be taken to salt bath room & I didn't know if they'd forgotten me, just needed them to say that it wouldn't be long, that they were just waiting for another client to finish

• I did the float + massage experience. It exceeded my expectations and was a perfect self care experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt soothed. The attention to detail throughout the experiences made it outstanding - from the supplied products during the float to the tea and treats in the reception. Very impressed!
