My nasal congestion improved significantly. However today it is back to the way it usually is.
Serene, tranquil, friendly staff, felt the benefits and will be back.
Great experience for the adults and kids in our private session on Saturday 3/30/19. PS - the beach toys were great for the kids digging in the salt!
My experience was incredibly positive! I was not totally sure what it would be like but I enjoyed the whole vibe and returning to my breath. I'd love to try some of the other workshops in the future, like restorative yoga and acupressure!
