FLOTATION THERAPY
Our spacious pods are filled with ten inches of water and 1,000 pounds of epsom salt, creating a buoyancy effect. This experience helps to relieve pain, physical and emotional stress, and improves sleep, mood, and overall health and well being. Closing the lid and having the lights off creates an immersive sensory deprivation effect, but we always adjust the experience to your comfort level.
Available in 60 & 90 minute sessions.
HALOTHERAPY
Relax in our zero gravity chairs and start absorbing the beneficial negative ions from the surrounding Himalayan Salt. Our salt room features a dimly lit ambience, meditative music, and Halotherapy. Halotherapy crushes miniscule particles of salt into the air. Breathing these in are wonderful for the respiratory system, blood pressure, skin health, and improved sleep performance. The tranquility and ease you feel in our Salt Room carries with you even after you leave our little salty oasis of bliss. Private and group sessions available upon request.
INFRARED SAUNA
Bask in soothing and detoxifying rays in our cedar, EMF-free, infrared sauna. Infrared saunas utilize infrared lamps to create warmth. These powerful rays help relieve muscle soreness, lower blood pressure, promote healthy skin, and destress the mind. Our sauna can seat up to four people. All sauna appointments are private sessions, and we provide robes and towels, for your maximum comfort and relaxation.
LIGHT THERAPY
Known as our "Happy Bed,” the light bed induces an overall feeling of joy, combating the gloom that results from less sunshine during certain times of the year. Our light bed features red, blue, UVB and UVA bulbs. These are designed to aid the body in producing Vitamin D. Our clients have reported finding amazing relief from skin ailments such as acne, eczema, psoriasis and more.
NEW ADDITION: DreamSpa Light Therapy. Enjoy a sequence of lights as they flash across your head to send your mind and body into a state of relaxation and rejuvenation. We recommend bringing headphones and a source of music to immerse yourself even further into the experience! Invented by NASA, our DreamSpa is a unique service not offered anywhere else and is a must-try at your next visit to Salternative.
MASSAGE THERAPY
Our massage therapists are the best in the business. Each fluid stroke will have you melting into relaxation. Aches and pains are but a faint memory after one of our professionals work their magic. Come experience what many of our clients have described to us as the best massage of their life.
Many massage styles are available including our coveted CBD massage. We recommend pairing a massage with a float or sauna session for the ultimate day of bliss!
REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is the practice of nurturing each of the organ systems through the feet, and occasionally the hands. We have had clients with chronic migraines and pain walk away with significant relief after only one session with our highly trained professionals. Your feet will be singing in joy, but your entire system is also affected and will relax into flow and harmony. A truly amazing experience with gifted therapists we are proud to showcase.
