Several things really stood out to me at Salt - first, when I called to inquire about the service and products at Salt, the woman who took my call, Dallas I believe, was extremely helpful explaining the services/products and booking my first appointment then on my day of treatment (April 21 at 2:15pm) the two ladies in the center were outstanding. I was met with a smiling face, had the process/procedure explained thoroughly, treated with kindness and made to feel very comfortable. Both ladies took the time to ensure I understood and felt comfortable thus making the experience very positive and memorable. Sadly I did not get or remember their names - I do want to give them both a shout out for their exceptional customer service and making my experience so positive. Second, I want to commend the center on the cleanliness and atmosphere - it was a very welcoming environment and very relaxing. Thank you Salt Wellness Center for an exceptional treatment experience, outstanding customer service and a brilliant wellness center.
