Everything is personalized. The staff Heena was exceptionally warm and polite. There was no rush and everything is relaxed since that's the whole point of spending time at a place like Salt. It was a therapeutic experience. The extra stuff provided for the float was everything you needed to feel the goodness of the salt therapy. On a side note: I don't think I felt anything in the salt room!? I wasn't sure what the salt room benefits were! * I should have asked for an extra neck support float instead of a foam roll in the shape of a rod. Thanks, overall it was a great experience 😊
