• Madison was awesome, I really appreciated her professional and supportive nature for my first waxing experience. This could've been fully on me if it's listed and I was just not paying attention, but maybe when scheduling a wax especially if it's the customer's first wax, strongly recommend that they use or consider ways of pain management. I went in with nothing, no numbing cream or pain meds and oucccchh. Maybe there's notices listed on the website or something but I scheduled over the phone and I don't remember it being mentioned. Other than that though it was awesome and it's extremely likely I'll be back.
