When I have allergies &/or respiratory problems, the Salt Room is a great help. Sometimes the benefits have come on the same day & sometimes later. But 2-3 visits at those times is always beneficial! I highly recommend going there. I love that I can ask to schedule a time to be alone in a room at no extra charge. Be sure to ask about the best breathing techniques before you enter the room to get the most benefit.
