• Because everyone, and I do mean everyone, is so professional and talented. The salon is so well run and the stylist are so talented. I would, and have, recommended them to my friends. I have gone for a color or blow out for the past two years and if there were a problem I would have seen it by now. I have never in my 50 years seen such talent in one salon.

• Michelle was excellent. I have never had a better hair appointment. It is near impossible to find someone who actually knows how to shape curly hair. And besides that, she was an excellent listener and teacher. I felt like I had a curly hair class! And I really appreciate that she checked what the final cost would be before she got started. While she had product recommendations, she was not salesy about it and went out of her way to find me some samples. I will be back in about 4 months time, but before then I will be be bringing my mom, who lives out of state, to see Michelle. Once her flight times are finalized I will be calling for her appointment. Thank you Michelle!!!!

• Because Kasey is so flexible. We decided to add a keratin treatment to my appointment (unscheduled) and she was so great about staying later just for me. Always a relaxing and enjoyable visit!

• I have been a customer of Anthony Lam since he opened the salon approximately 20 years ago. He and the other stylists are professional and so skilful no matter what style or coloring needed. I would recommend salotto to everyone, female or male.
