  • I love the salon and service so I would always give it a 10, but my hair disagreed with a product or products used. I noticed my hair felt a little dry onSaturday and Sunday, but when I washed it this morning, it felt like straw no matter how much conditioner I used. I also used more styling product, but itstill doesn't feel quite right.
