• Setting up my appointment online was easy - very user friendly (like the rest of their website). My hairdresser, Rosanne, was knowledgeable and friendly and empathetic with my current personal situation, offering up advice here and there but ultimately just letting me vent (changing you hair is a healthy way to alleviate angst, amirite?). I told her what I had envisioned and showed her a couple sample photos, and she managed to go above and beyond and give me exactly the cut I was looking for. The receptionist was bubbly, and offered me hot tea while I waited (it was THE BEST tea ever). And I emailed back and forth with the owner, Emily, and she seems to be pretty awesome, too. All in all, a fantastic experience, and I will be making regular appointments there when I need some hair care! 10/10 will recommend to friends and family!
