Only the cost makes it a 9 vs a 10. The service, the professionals, are tops!! I have been very satisfied after every hair color and cut. Vivian and Sandy are very skilled in their respective areas, Judy and Ali are professional in appts and hair care assistance, and I always come away feeling great😊.
