I love Gina and Hanabi! They are not only extremely talented, they are caring and lovely people. Nhu is amazing too. Really everyone who works at Salon Nine is amazing. The one opportunity I see is the handling of appointments. It is difficult to make an appointment. I was put on hold for over five minutes and no one came back to the phone so I hung up. If you do reach someone, it takes a long time to make an appointment. There has to be a more efficient way! Is it the computer system that is challenging for the receptionists to work with? Anyway, I always work through it because I love Gina and Hanabi so much. Thank you for listening!
