I’ve been getting my hair done with you for over 25 years - I think the people who work there are amazing & talented. I’d give you a 10 if you were a little more high service - don’t make people blow dry their own hair after a color with no cut - and offer some wine/champagne etc. in the later part of the day. That would make you a 10!
